By creating an account on Kazi-jobs.com, you agree to the following:
- The resume/ insertion or information/data fed by the user can be updated by the user alone, free of cost. Kazi-Jobs.com shall not be responsible for any changes made in the resume/information uploaded by the user.
- Kazi-Jobs.com offers neither guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all once the resume / insertion or information/data is fed by the user.
- Kazi-Jobs.com neither guarantees nor offers any warranty about the credentials bonafides, status or otherwise of the prospective employer/organization which downloads the resume/ insertion or information/data and uses it to contact the user.
- Kazi-Jobs.com would not be held liable for loss of any data technical or otherwise, or of the resume/ insertion or information/data or particulars supplied by user due to acts of god as well as reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any cause(s) or conditions that are beyond Kazi-Jobs.com's reasonable control including but not limited to strikes, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, distributed denial of service attacks, virus attacks, war and natural calamities.
- It shall be sole prerogative and responsibility of the user to check the authenticity of all or any response received pursuant to the resume/ insertion or information/data being fed into the network system of Kazi-Jobs.com by the user, for going out of station or in station for any job or interview. Kazi-Jobs.com assumes no responsibility in respect thereof and expressly disclaims any liability for any act, deed or thing which the user may so do, pursuant to the receipt of the response, if any, to the resume/ insertion or information/ date being fed into the network system of Kazi-Jobs.com.
- Kazi-Jobs.com reserves its right to reject and delete any resume/ insertion or information/data fed in by the user without assigning any reason.
- This free service entitles the user alone i.e the same person, to add modify or change the data/information fed in by him but does not entitle him to use the free service to feed fresh insertion or information/data /resume of another person in place of the insertion or information/data already fed in by such user.
- Kazi-Jobs.com has the right to make all such modifications/editing of resume in order to fit resume in its database.
- The username/password created by the subscriber will enable the subscriber to access all the information received through Kazi-Jobs.com, but the sole responsibility of the safe custody of the password shall be that of the subscriber and Kazi-Jobs.com shall not be responsible for data loss/theft of data/corruption of data or the wrong usage/misuse of the password and any damage or leak of information and its consequential usage by a third party. Kazi-Jobs.com undertakes to take all reasonable precautions at its end to ensure that there is no leakage/misuse of the password.
- All changes / modifications made by the user to the data / information shall be effected and will come into operation only after 24-48 hours of such changes / modifications being made. The user agreement between a user/subscriber and Kazi-Jobs.com will be treated as having been terminated in the following events:
- On completion of the term for which the user/subscriber engages the services of the website; or In case the user/subscriber violates any of the conditions of this agreement or any other agreement entered into by him with Kazi-Jobs.com, however, such termination will be at the option and discretion of Kazi-Jobs.com; or In writing and on such terms as agreed to by the parties mutually.
- All data uploaded on Kazi-Jobs.com becomes the exclusive property of Kazi-Jobs.com and the user consents to the material being included in the searchable database of Kazi-Jobs.com or any other ancillary website maintained by Kazi-Jobs.com and offering similar services.
- The User of these services does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website.
- User registering on Kazi-Jobs.com will receive Job alerts and products updates, SMS contacts by recruiters, Other promotional and special offers, Automated voice alerts, Mails from partner sites of Kazi-jobs.com
- Jurisdiction for any disputes arising from and related to this contest shall be Uganda, Ugandan to the exclusion of all other courts.
- Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Uganda as applicable.
Banner/Panel Display
- Kazi-jobs.com agrees to provide the service to the subscriber only for the duration or the number of impressions contracted for, to the best of its ability.
- Kazi-jobs.com will display the banners on all the relevant/specified sections of the site on a rotation basis.
- Kazi-jobs.com reserves its right to reject any insertion or information/data provided by the subscriber without assigning any reason, but in such an eventuality, any amount so paid for, shall be refunded to the subscriber on a pro-rata basis.
- Kazi-jobs.com offers neither guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all once the banners are put on display.
- Kazi-jobs.com would not be held liable for any loss of data technical or otherwise, information, particulars supplied by the customers due to the reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond Kazi-jobs.com's reasonable control including but not limited to strike, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities.
- Kazi-jobs.com will commence providing services only upon receipt of amount/charges upfront either from the subscriber or from a third party on behalf of the subscriber.
- This subscription is neither re-saleable nor transferable by the subscriber to any other person, corporate body, and firm or individual.
- The subscriber/Recruiter/Advertiser must give an undertaking to Kazi-jobs.com that there will be no fee charged from any person who responds to jobs advertised on Kazi-jobs.com for processing of applications / responses from such person.
- The User of these services does not claim any copyright, Trade Mark or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website. The Banners displayed on Kazi-jobs.com shall be prepared as per the instructions received from the users, Kazi-jobs.com shall not be responsible for the user's misappropriation of the Trade Mark/ Copyright or any other Intellectual Property Right sought to be passed off as that of the user.
- All disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and Kazi-jobs.com will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Uganda as applicable.
- All Disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and Kazi-jobs.com will be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts situate in Uganda alone.
Shortlisting
- Kazi-jobs.com (Uganda) "Kazi-jobs.com" agrees to provide the service to the subscriber only for the duration and the number of vacancies contracted for, to the best of its ability and Kazi-jobs.com shall in no way be held liable for any information received by the subscriber and it shall be the sole responsibility of the subscriber to check, authenticate and verify the information/response received at its own cost and expense.
- Kazi-jobs.com will make best efforts to use the parameters provided by the subscriber to short list, but takes no responsibility for the accuracy of the short listing based on the parameters for selection as specified by the subscriber.
- Kazi-jobs.com would not be held liable for any loss of data technical or otherwise, information, particulars supplied by the customers due to the reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond Kazi-jobs.com's reasonable control including but not limited to strike, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities.
- Kazi-jobs.com will commence providing services only upon receipt of amount/charges upfront either from the subscriber or from a third party on behalf of the subscriber.

- It is the responsibility of Job Seekers to verify the correctness and authenticity of the claims made by recruiters. We merely act as facilitators and do not as agents for any recruiter.
- Payments to recruiters are not advised and shall be at your own risk.
- All disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and Kazi-jobs.com will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Uganda as applicable.
- All Disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and Kazi-jobs.com will be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts situate in Uganda alone.

Visitors to Kazi-jobs.com are granted a nonexclusive, limited license to use
and access the content and services offered in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions (the "License").
This website, www.Kazi-jobs.com (hereinafter referred to as
"Kazi-Jobs.com") is owned, hosted and operated by Kazi-jobs.com (Uganda) (hereinafter referred to as
"Kazi-Jobs.com"), a company incorporated in Uganda under the
Companies Act, 2012. Kazi-Jobs.com is an intermediary as defined under
section 2 (w) if the Information Technology Act, 2005.
Ownership of the database of Kazi-Jobs.com is vested exclusively with
Kazi-Jobs.com. Rights of access and usage are subject to the compliance with
the terms and conditions set forth below.
BY YOUR ACTS OF ACCESSING Kazi-Jobs.com, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS AND

Amendments
Kazi-Jobs.com may amend/modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such
modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms
and Conditions on Kazi-Jobs.com. You may review the modified Terms and
Conditions periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued
access or use of Kazi-Jobs.com, shall be deemed conclusive proof of your
acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as amended/modified from time to time.
Kazi-Jobs.com may also suspend the operation Kazi-Jobs.com for support or
technical upgradation, maintenance work, in order to update the content or for
any other reason.
In a case of use of Kazi-Jobs.com in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and
Conditions, Kazi-Jobs.com may terminate your access, block your future access
and/or seek such additional relief as the circumstances of your misuse may be
deemed to be fit and proper.
Definitions
The term "misuse" shall mean and include all acts which are aimed at
utilizing the database of Kazi-Jobs.com for any purposes other than for
searching and advertising for genuine job vacancies. It shall also extend to
the use of the database for commercial purposes without the express permission
of Kazi-Jobs.com.
The term "offensive material" shall mean and include obscene material
as defined in Information Technology Act of Uganda, 2008. It shall include
content which is aimed at demeaning a particular class of individuals,
corporate body, country etc. It shall also include content having the effect of
violating the Intellectual Property Rights of others.
The terms "service" or "services" would mean and include the interactive online information service offered by Kazi-Jobs.com on the internet through which the user may access information carried by Kazi-Jobs.com in the database maintained by it.
The terms would include the search tools through which the user can search
through the hosted databases and information using a number of search tools
that are present with a selection matching their search criteria. Users then
select one or more of the items presented to view the full document/ record.
The term service does not extend to Kazi-Jobs.com acting as an agent/consultant
either express or implied on behalf of any user/customer.
The term "Spamming" shall mean and include any unsolicited bulk
e-mails/messages or unsolicited commercial e-mails/messages.
The term "subscriber" would include any person, whether an individual
or a legal entity who has subscribed to the services of Kazi-Jobs.com, and to
whom the access is restricted by the use of a sign in user name and a password.
The user name and password are either allotted by Kazi-Jobs.com or chosen by
the user or agreed upon by Kazi-Jobs.com.
The term "unauthorised user" is defined as any person who does not
have a legal or a contractual right to access the services of Kazi-Jobs.com,
but does so.
The terms "User" and "customer" would include both the
authorised and unauthorised user(s).
Payment Terms
Payments for the services offered by Kazi-Jobs.com shall be on a 100% advance
basis. The payment for service once subscribed to by the subscriber is not
refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated. Refund if any will be
at the sole discretion of Kazi-jobs.com (Uganda). Kazi-Jobs.com offers no
guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching
the Customers card/bank accounts. Kazi-jobs.com (Uganda) Ltd gives no
guarantees of server uptime or applications working properly. All is on a best
effort basis and liability is limited to refund of amount only. Kazi-jobs.com (Uganda).
undertakes no liability for free services. Kazi-jobs.com (Uganda). reserves its
right to amend / alter or change all or any disclaimers or terms of agreements
at any time without any prior notice. All terms / disclaimers whether
specifically mentioned or not shall be deemed to be included if any reference
is made to them.
Refund in failed transactions through Kazi-Jobs.com payment reconciliation team
works on a 24 x 7 basis, Kazi-Jobs.com offers no guarantees whatsoever for the
accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank
accounts. This is on account of the multiplicity of organizations involved in
processing of online transactions, the problems with Internet infrastructure
currently available and working days/holidays of financial institutions.
Refunds in the event of wrong/objectionable content being posted on the site
would be at the discretion of Kazi-Jobs.com.
Credit Card Information
Kazi-jobs.com Uganda uses the maximum care as is possible to ensure that all or
any data / information in respect of electronic transfer of money does not fall
in the wrong hands. For completing online transactions involving payments
a user is directed to a Payment Gateway, Kazi-jobs.com does not store or keep
credit card data. Since the transaction happens on a third party network not
controlled by Kazi-jobs.com, once a credit card transaction has been completed,
the payment information is not accessible to anyone at Kazi-jobs.com after
completion of the on-line transaction at the Payment Gateway, this ensures the
maximum security.
Kazi-jobs.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by reason of
any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information concerning the
user's account and / or information relating to or regarding online
transactions using credit cards / debit cards and / or their verification
process and particulars nor for any error, omission or inaccuracy with respect
to any information so disclosed and used whether or not in pursuance of a legal
process or otherwise.
Activation
Due to a high incidence of credit card fraud, your Kazi-Jobs.com services
purchased online using a credit card may not be activated without a proper
verification.
Restriction / Prohibitions
You hereby expressly agree not to :
- Use of the services of Kazi-Jobs.com in a manner contrary to any law which might be applicable at the relevant time.
- Access data not intended for you or log into server or account that you are not authorized to access;
- Attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network;
- Attempt or breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
- Attempt to interfere with, access by any other user including but not limited to by submitting a virus of any kind or Trojan horse to Kazi-Jobs.com, overloading, Flooding, mail bombing or crashing;
- Copy, distribute, download, display, perform, reproduce, modify, edit, alter, enhance, broadcast or tamper with in any way or otherwise use any material contained in Kazi-Jobs.com except as permitted;
- Copy and distribute this information on any other server, or modify or re-use information, text, graphics, sound, etc. on this Website to any other system. No reproduction of any part of the Website may be sold or distributed for commercial gain nor shall it be modified or incorporated in any other work, publication or Website, whether in hard copy or electronic format, including postings to any other Website; or
- Remove any copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property notices contained in the original material from any material copied or printed off from Kazi-Jobs.com or link to Kazi-Jobs.com, without our express written consent.
- Providing deep links into Kazi-Jobs.com without prior permission of Kazi-Jobs.com is prohibited. Extracting data from Kazi-Jobs.com using any automated process such as spiders, crawlers etc. or through any manual process for a purpose which has not been authorised in writing.
- Access the Platform for purposes of extracting content to be used for training a machine learning or AI model, without the express prior written permission.
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available either directly or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk e-mail or unsolicited commercial e-mail.
- Posting/uploading of offensive material on Kazi-Jobs.com is strictly prohibited.
- Subscribers shall under no circumstance sublicense, assign, or transfer the License, and any attempt at such sublicense, assignment or transfer is void.
- Post Wrong/false/misleading information on Kazi-Jobs.com .
- Users shall not upload, post , transmit, update or share, any information that:
- - belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right to;
- - is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;
- - harm minors in any way;
- - infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;
- - violates any law for the time being in force;
- - deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
- - impersonate another person;
- - contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
- - threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or
sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or or
public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable
offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any
other nation.
Spamming is prohibited
Kazi-Jobs.com reserves the right to filter and monitor and block the emails
sent by you/user using the servers owned/maintained by Kazi-Jobs.com to relay
emails. All attempts shall be made by Kazi-Jobs.com and the user to abide by
International Best Practices in containing and eliminating Spam.
Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal
liability.
Links to third party websites
Kazi-Jobs.com may provide links to other third-party World Wide Web sites or
resources. Kazi-Jobs.com makes no representations whatsoever about any other
Web site you may access through this Website (Kazi-Jobs.com).
Disclaimer and warranties

available" basis, without warranties or representations of any kind,
either express or implied.

thereof, including injury or damage to any customer and/or Members or to any
other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or
downloading materials/information from the website.
Unless otherwise specified and notwithstanding anything contained in any other
agreement or arrangement, by whatever name called, the performance obligation
of Kazi-Jobs.com (service provider) is to provide access of its on-line portal
to the customer for the duration of the subscription period & reference to
any usage, by whatever name called or any other performance obligation, if any,
is to provide the upper limit for consumption, which by itself, does not create
any additional performance obligation upon Kazi-Jobs.com.
Termination
Kazi-Jobs.com may, without notice in its sole discretion, and at any time,
terminate or restrict your use or access to Kazi-Jobs.com (or any part thereof)
for any reason, including, without limitation, that Kazi-Jobs.com based on its
judgment and perception believes you have violated or acted inconsistently with
the letter or spirit of these Terms and Conditions ( License).
Indemnification

Kazi-Jobs.com may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy
and publicity, certain communications statutes and regulations thereto and
other applicable laws, statutes and its rules and regulations. You alone are

associates, subsidiaries, their officers, directors, employees, affiliates,
licensees, business partners and agents, from and against any claims, actions
or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees,
